PAYMENT

  • Goimagine and Karin's Creations accepts all major credit cards and the platform uses Stripe to process payments.

  • Stripe keeps your payment information confidential and secure, and we never receive your credit card information.

  • Once the payment has cleared the order will be processed 1-3 business days for in stock items.

SHIPPING

  • All packages are shipped via First Class: 3-5 days or Priority Mail: 1-3 days with a 2-7 day processing time depending on time of year.

  • Buyers are responsible for all shipping cost, any additional insurance or requested signatures for the package.

  •  I have no control over delays/deliveries from the USPS.

  • If your package says delivered, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages contact the USPS or your local law enforcement agency for further assistance depending upon the circumstances.

  • If you are shipping the package to a different mailing address please be sure to double check the mailing address for accuracy I’m not responsible for incorrect mailing address the customer provided. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES and NO REFUNDS stickers or decals NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  • Please contact me with 7 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order.

  • Please read all of the details of each item you wish to purchase so that you are aware of the SIZE, material and any care instructions for the product before purchasing.

  • To receive a full or partial refund (at Karin's Creation's discretion) (minus shipping cost) the item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery and it must be in unused, undamaged and in its original condition to receive a refund. 

  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

  • Cancellation can be requested within 1 day of purchase. 

  • Karin's Creations has the right to cancel any order at any given time.
